Our 1030 Tabber is a compact, quiet, tab and wafer seal applicator that automatically applies adhesive tabs on open-ended mail pieces. The tabber is extremely efficient in applying tabs to newsletters, double postcards, small catalogs, tri-fold brochures, and other open-ended self-mailers and creates professional-looking mail offering a neat appearance by keeping the mailer edges from folding over. It also does not damage the mail piece when it's opened, like tape or staples do. In addition, it quickly applies tabs up to 12,000 pieces per hour and holds up to 10,000 tabs so it can apply clear, colored, and white tabs. It processes media from 3"x5" to 11"x11" and material up to 5/32" in thickness so that we can help you cut down on the time it takes and get your mailings to the right places.
